Q: How far in advance do I need to place an order?
A: We request orders to be placed at least a week in advance. For larger wedding orders, the earlier the better so we’re able to secure your date! A limited number of large events are scheduled each week, so book early
Q: How much do you charge?
A: Our price ranges from $4.00 -$7.00 per serving. Price varies depending on size and detail. For budget friendly options please see our pre-designed options.

Cupcakes start at $2.25 each
Cake Pops start at $2.00 each

Q: What if I have a last minute request?
A: You are welcome to choose one of our pre-designed cakes, for custom orders please contact us and check our availability – and we will do our best.
Q: Am I able to stop in and buy a baked good?
A: We primarily focus on custom order items so most everything we bake is pre-ordered. However we do have a small selection of items available, such as cupcakes, cookies and other treats available during our counter hours. Also we offer some pre-designed cakes that are available for quick dessert needs.
Q: How do I order?
A: Many ways! You are able to message us via Instagram, Facebook, email, or text. Can also give us a call!
Q: What does fondant taste like?
A: Could be described as a chewier version of a marshmallow. It is a form of icing that gives cakes a smooth and flawless finish. If you like to look but are worried you or your guests will not like the taste, don’t worry! It is easy to peel off and eat around. We can always do a buttercream finish on your cake – it may just limit the décor options available to you.
Q: When can I pick up my cake?
A: We are quite flexible with our pickup times and will coordinate what works best for you when possible – even after hours. We do ask that you be on time to pick up or you may be charged a late pickup fee. Since we are very flexible with the times scheduled, we ask for the courtesy of being on time if it is arranged after normal store hours – so staff members are able to go home after the long day.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! During the week for local deliveries it is a set fee of $15. On the weekends for local deliveries is it a set fee of $25. We do further deliveries for an upcharge, based on distance. Local delivery is considered within 15 miles of the bakery.
Q: Do you make other items besides cakes?
A: Yes! We do custom decorated cookies we well as your basic feel good cookies, such as chocolate chip, peanut butter, etc. Cake pops. Chocolate dipped strawberries, pretzels, rice crispy treats, Oreos, etc. Basically we can make just about any dessert you have a craving for!
Q: How can I pay?
A: We make an invoice for every order. We are able to email this invoice to be paid online or it can be paid for at the time of pick up. We accept cash, credit, and checks if paid at least 7 days prior to order pickup.
Q: Do you do wedding consultations/tastings?
A: Yes! We offer up to 3 flavor choices to be sampled. There is a $25 fee* for a consultation and at this time we can discuss everything for your dream cake. Bring inspiration photos, ideas, color swatches, and whatever else you think may help us bring your cake to life!
*The $25 will then go towards the price of your cake if you book with us!
Q: I have a photo of a cake I would like you to make, can you replicate it?
A: We love inspiration photos to get a feel of your style! However, inspiration cakes are simply for that, inspiration! We will decorate your cake similar but not exact as we want it to have our own touch! Each cake is a piece of art and each cake decorator is an artist we so like to give credit where credit is due 😊
Q: If I order a multi tier cake, am I able to get each tier a different flavor?
A: Yes! We will do our best to work with you on that!

For flavors not listed, we will do our best to accommodate but there will be an upcharge for extra ingredients we need to order.
Q: Do you make allergy friendly cakes?
A: Please inform us of any allergies and we will do our absolute best to accommodate. We can bake your items tailored to your needs*

Q: What if I am late picking up?
A: As we are a custom order bakery, we cater to our customers and arrange specific pick up times to keep a smooth flowing schedule. Late pick ups may be subject to a late pick up fee. Especially after normal store hours.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand things come up and plans change however we are a custom order and bake per order. All cancellations and changes must be made 7 days prior to due date. After this date – all deposits or payments are non-refundable.
